Warehouse Crane Base Installation
A top mechanical contractor and client came to us with a challenge: mount a new crane inside an active warehouse without disrupting operations.
The blueprint
American Coring recommended a multi-phase project, with a deep base, multiple rebar layers, and J-hooks designed for optimal stabilization.
The Execution
American Coring handled the full scope in-house: cutting the base, removing the concrete and dirt, setting multi-level rebar, stabilizing the crane base, pouring new concrete, and finishing with a mason. We kept the site clean throughout and scheduled our hours so the warehouse never stopped moving.
The Result
Crane operations began on time and on budget!
